Hello!

My name is Jacob and I'm a registered Building Inspector located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. I started JS Swimming Pool Inspections in early 2021 in response to a change in the Building Regulations to assist swimming pool and spa owners achieve compliance with the new laws.

I have been fortunate enough to gain experience in all sectors of Building Surveying/Building Inspecting (Private, Local Government and State Government) and obtain my registration as a Building Inspector. 

I aim to keep things simple and make the compliance process as stress-free as possible for swimming pool and spa owners, and am always happy to provide professional advice and solutions either over the phone, via email or during an inspection.
